Refund & cancellation

You can request a refund within 7 days of a charge by contacting support with your account email and payment reference. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and technical failures are reviewed. Decisions and reasons will be communicated by email; approved refunds go to the original payment method, with settlement timing controlled by the payment provider. Applicable consumer rights are not restricted by this policy.

Cancel automatic renewal from Membership at any time. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed payment. Access remains until paid validity ends. Refunded periods no longer grant dashboard access.
